Quote of the week:

"Please think of Mother Earth as a living soul that she is.

Try to encourage yourself and others to respect her.

None of us would have life here without her. "

Teaching life skills.

The skills we teach will enable each student to work in a more relaxed and mindful way.

Each session will bring a greater understanding of their own abilities and how to help themselves in everyday life to become the strong, confident and caring individual they are capable of becoming.

Simple mindfulness techniques to shut out distractions, enabling concentration and focus.

Learning to value themselves as an individual.

To have empathy for others and also themselves. Creating a friendly and harmonious team of friends.

We will teach creative mind work in the form of guided meditations.

Students can learn self control, self discipline and the effect upon themselves.

We teach how each one is important in their own right.

Encouragement to understand why being grateful is important.

Another thing we like to include is care for planet earth and all life on it.

Learning the importance of teamwork and also working as an individual.

This will enhance their wellbeing and create a bond of understanding between all thus reducing bullying.

These life skills will prepare each student with techniques to help them in all areas of their future lives.

At home, at school, college , university and work.

   Changing lives.

Playing together can promote wellbeing and good friendships.

Standing tall together to achieve greater goals, not only for yourself but for each other.

Working together builds friendship and understanding.

Will you help us grow?

Helping others to grow and flower into caring and understanding adults!

We are able to inspire you, to achieve your potential, wellbeing and focus

whatever your age.
